Janice Mast is a 1979 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy. Jan received a master of science degree in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1985.

Jan is recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as a certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy. She is also acknowledged by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Jan became a member of the Body One team in April of 2008 and is currently treating patients at the Body One Westfield location. She has over 25 years of clinical experience and is skilled in many areas of physical therapy, specializing in general orthopaedic conditions and musculoskeletal disorders.
